Alejandra P.

Alejandra P. has a diverse background in human resources, starting as an HR Administrator and moving up to roles such as HR Generalist and HR Business Partner in companies like Aecon, Cogeco Connexion, and Bird Construction. With a law degree from Universidad de Medellín and a postgrad in Human Resources Management from George Brown College, Alejandra P. brings a unique perspective to their current role as Sr. Director of People & Culture in Eastern Canada at Bird Construction. Prior to their HR career, Alejandra P. also worked as an Accounts Receivable Representative at Rogers Communications and as a Resource Coordinator/Sponsored Employee for the 2008 Campaign at United Way of Greater Toronto.
