Elena Moyano

Elena Moyano is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across multiple companies. Currently, Elena serves as a Human Resources Partner and previously held the position of Human Resources Operations Specialist at Bird. Prior to that, Elena worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Webhelp, managing a positive employee experience for 150 FTEs in a dynamic environment. Elena's prior experiences include roles at Criteo as a Human Resources Assistant EMEA, where responsibilities encompassed employee support and HR administration for over 500 FTEs across EMEA, and as an HR Consultant at ECTI, conducting HR gap analyses. Elena began their career as a trainer for the Government's unemployment program “PoSible” and completed an internship as a Legal Psychologist at Casa de Justicia, focusing on vulnerable populations. Educational qualifications include an MSc in International Human Resources Management & Organizational Development from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
