Jalerson Lima is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and leading engineering teams. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Engineering Team Lead at Bird since December 2019, Jalerson specializes in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable services while ensuring code quality through various testing methodologies. Previously, Jalerson held the position of Senior Full Stack Engineer at creditshelf Aktiengesellschaft and was a Full-time Professor of Software Engineering at the Federal Institute of Education at Rio Grande do Norte. With a strong background in Ruby on Rails, frontend development, and agile methodologies, Jalerson has contributed to significant projects in healthcare and education.
