Kalvin Vasconcellos

Kalvin Vasconcellos has a strong background in software engineering with experience in various companies. Kalvin currently works at MessageBird as a Software Engineer. Prior to that, Kalvin worked at EnPowered as a Software Engineer where they led the development of a system similar to a data lake and automated internal business processes. Kalvin also improved and optimized electricity data queries. Before EnPowered, Kalvin worked at MessageBird as a Software Engineer and at Pagar.me as a Software Engineer where they focused on scaling core back-end services for handling high volumes of requests. Early in their career, Kalvin gained experience at IBM as a Software Developer and as a Blockchain Developer Intern. At IBM, they worked on building private and permissioned Hyperledger Fabric solutions and supported new hires in understanding blockchain concepts. Kalvin also implemented internal tools to streamline the development process.

Kalvin Vasconcellos earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which they attended from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at UFSCar - Alumni, where they studied from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Kalvin obtained several certifications, including "Python for Data Science" from IBM, completed in December 2018, and various other certifications related to Docker, Enterprise Design Thinking, IBM Cloud containers, IBM Agile Explorer, IBM Blockchain Consulting, IBM Blockchain Foundation Developer, and Industrial Products Industry Foundations.
