Koosh Shah

Koosh Shah is a seasoned technology professional with a background in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Support Engineer at Bird since May 2018, Koosh has advanced through multiple roles including Support Escalation Engineer and Senior Support. Prior experience includes serving as Team Lead and Principal Technical Support Engineer at Responsys from July 2011 to May 2018, and working as a Property Manager at Five Star Realty from April 2009 to January 2012. Koosh began a career at Cisco Systems as a Customer Support Engineer II from July 2007 to April 2009. Educationally, Koosh holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained between 2002 and 2007, following graduation from Leland High School in 2002.
