Senior Technical Support Analyst at Bird

Rebecca Caputo began their work experience as a Customer Service Representative at Carousel Industries in September 2013, and later became a Service Specialist, responsible for monitoring both internal and client-related network activity. Rebecca worked there until December 2020. In January 2021, they joined SparkPost, a MessageBird company, as a Technical Support Analyst. In March 2023, they were promoted to Senior Technical Support Analyst at MessageBird, where they currently work.

Rebecca Caputo completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems, General at Florida Atlantic University. Rebecca also obtained two additional certifications: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services and Avaya Implementation Professional Specialist (AIPS) from Avaya, with the AWS certification obtained in August of 2022 and the AIPS certification obtained at an unknown date.
