Zoé Kossmann

Zoé Kossmann has a long and varied work experience. Zoé began their career in 2012 as a Breakfast Receptionist at Sofitel, followed by Room Service at Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel. Zoé also worked as a Waitress, Receptionist, Chef Commis, and Bartender at Vatel Restaurant. In 2013, they took on the role of Sales & Marketing Assistant at InterContinental Madrid. In 2016, they joined HAVI Travel Group as a Reservation Coordinator Assistant. In 2017, they became a Project Manager at Capdel - HOPSCOTCH Groupe. In 2018, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist & Night Supervisor at Marriott International and as a Project Manager - Executive Assistant at Langman Events. Finally, in 2019, they became a Front Desk Supervisor at Renaissance Paris République. Currently, they are an Inside Sales at Bird Office.

Zoé Kossmann completed their General Baccalaureate at Racine High School in 2012. Zoé then attended Vatel France, where they earned a Bachelor Degree in International Hotel Management in 2015. In 2014-2015, they also completed a Chinese Program Diploma 2nd year at Université Paris Cité. In 2016, they earned a HSK 2 and HSK 3 from Confucius Institute Headquarters. Finally, in 2017, they earned a Master 2 International in Marketing, Tourism and Management from OMNES Education.
