Edie Alden, LMHC has worked in various organizations since 2017. Edie began their career as a social media coordinator at Wings Over Water School of Swimming. In 2018, they joined Mountainside as a Client Services personnel before transitioning to a Clinician Intern role in 2020. Edie became a full-fledged Clinician in 2020 and worked until 2021. In 2019, Edie worked as a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Astor Services for Children & Families. Edie then became a School Prevention Counselor at Council on Addiction Prevention & Education (CAPE) from 2021-2023. She's currently awaiting a role in Human Resources at Bird Rock Systems, starting in 2023.
Edie Alden, LMHC received their education in a chronological order starting from Dutchess Community College in 2013 to SUNY New Paltz where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2017. Edie then pursued a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor at SUNY New Paltz from 2018 to 2020. Edie also studied at the University at Albany, SUNY in 2015 but did not obtain a degree. In June 2022, Edie obtained certification as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor from the New York State Education Department.
