Balaaj Tahir is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Software Finder since July 2025. Prior to this, Balaaj held the position of People Partner II at Bazaar Technologies, leading people strategy and engagement initiatives for the retail division from September 2023 to August 2025.
