Emily Gringorten

Emily Gringorten is a Software Engineer with experience in various roles, currently working at BirdDog since October 2023. Emily has a background in freelance photography, specializing in live music, portraits, and events since January 2018. Previously, Emily contributed as a Software Engineer at Alignable, where responsibilities included leading the creation of reusable front-end components and developing scalable software with Ruby on Rails. Experience also includes serving as a Cybersecurity Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University, where support was provided to students, and working with Berkshire Hathaway Shoe Co to enhance data visualizations for sales analysis. Additionally, Emily held marketing and content creation roles for organizations such as Wasserman Next Gen and the IDEA Venture Accelerator. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University, expected in 2024.
