Aaron Steinfurth

Aaron Steinfurth has over 15 years of experience in management consulting and healthcare revenue cycle management. Aaron is currently the SVP of Customer Success at Birdeye, a customer experience software company. Aaron previously worked as a Special Agent for the Counterterrorism division of the FBI from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at Huron Consulting Group from 2004 to 2009 and Director at R1 RCM from 2009 to 2012. During their time at Huron Consulting Group, they developed broad management consulting expertise within hospital revenue cycle operations and helped clients such as SSM Health, Texas Health Resources, Norton Healthcare, Lutheran Medical Center, and Children's Hospital Colorado drive growth, enhance performance, and sustain leadership in the markets they serve. At R1 RCM, they led a client team of 15 consultants and 680 staff in the hospital revenue cycle, emergency department, and information systems departments impacting $3.3B in net revenue. Aaron also created a shared services model resulting in BPO of insurance verification and authorization functions for Intermountain Healthcare and Baptist Health.

Aaron Steinfurth has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
