Heath Holden

Heath Holden's work experience includes roles in various companies and industries. In 2014, they started their career as a Tailored Clothing Sales Associate at Dillard's Inc., where they focused on customer service and maximizing sales. Heath then became a Tailored Clothing Specialist, responsible for inventory management and increasing sales through new tactics. In 2016, they were promoted to Sales Business Manager, overseeing a department and planning events to grow sales.

In 2016, Holden joined Young Life as a Student Staff associate, leading high school campus outreach and focusing on relational development. Heath continued in this role until 2019.

In 2019, Holden joined Wood Personnel Services as a Recruiting Specialist, sourcing and screening candidates for job openings. Heath also served as a Human Resource Specialist Assistant, conducting interviews and assisting with the application process. Later, they became an Onsite Representative, coordinating with management to ensure productivity of contracted employees.

In 2020, Holden joined Family Brands as a Sales Account Manager, managing top key retail enterprise accounts and driving sales force. Heath has maintained steady growth in all accounts and currently works with various retail groups and brokerage companies.

In 2022, Holden moved to ActiveCampaign as a Sales Development Representative, working with small to enterprise businesses to diagnose needs and provide insight on platform options. Heath cold-called, booked meetings, and closed deals while executing sales calls and product demos. Heath then transitioned to a Business Development Representative, working outbound to develop and qualify prospective business.

Heath Holden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). In addition to their degree, they have also obtained the Dale Carnegie Recognition of Achievement from Dale Carnegie in May 2018 and the Pacesetter Award from Dillard's Inc. in January 2017.
