Steven Munch

Steven Munch is currently the Head of Sales, SMB & MM at Birdeye. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sales at JumpCrew from October 2021 to December 2021, responsible for over $20 million in revenue comprised of 70 sales reps and 5 district sales managers. Steven has also held positions as Area Manager at Yellowbook from September 2002 to April 2010, Regional Sales Director at DexYP from August 2015 to September 2019, and Regional Sales Director at Thryv from June 2019 to October 2020. In addition, they have served as the Marketing Manager for the USA Operation at Universum from January 2000 to January 2002 and as Marketing Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 1996 to December 2000.
