Rebecca Goodwin

Rebecca Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rebecca began their career in 2014 as a Sales Associate at TK MAXX, where they later became a Sales Floor Associate. In 2015, they also took on the role of Rugby Coach at Scottish Rugby. Rebecca then moved on to become a Sports Coach at Live Active Leisure in 2014. In 2020, Rebecca transitioned into the education sector as a Primary School Teacher at East Renfrewshire Council, where they worked for one year. Rebecca continued their teaching career as a Primary Teacher at Glasgow City Council from March 2022 to November 2022. Following this, they joined Florence as an Onboarding Specialist, supporting nurses and carers joining the organization. Currently, Rebecca is working as an Associate Product Trainer at Birdie since April 2023.

Rebecca Goodwin obtained a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from The University of Dundee. Rebecca attended the university from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, Rebecca obtained three certifications related to customer success and business fundamentals from LinkedIn. In November 2022, they obtained a certification in Sales: Customer Success, and in September 2022, they obtained certifications in Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Management Fundamentals.
