Sophie Anderson

Sophie Anderson is a Senior Manager at Birdie, where Sophie was the first full-time operations hire pre-series A. Sophie manages the Talent Acquisition function and a team of 5 talent partners. Prior to this, Sophie worked at Major Players as a Talent Partner in the Digital Creative, Product, and Tech space. Sophie also served as a Growth accounts co-ordinator at Swiis International Ltd. Sophie holds a BSc in Criminal Justice and Psychology and an MSc in Criminology with a focus on Counter Terrorism from the University of Plymouth. Sophie is currently a member at HIGHER Community.
