In this role, Richard manages a multi-site team focused on logistics, stock control, and supply chain improvements across the UK and Ireland, negotiating partnerships with third-party logistics providers and optimizing product flows. Prior to this position, Richard held various roles at Aunt Bessie’s Ltd, including Head of Supply Chain & Manufacturing, where management of a 400-employee site and oversight of procurement, production planning, and customer service were key responsibilities. Richard's expertise extends to project management in supply-related initiatives, achieving significant cost savings and successful procurement agreements, while leading cross-functional teams to maintain effective supply chain operations.
