Jeremy Falk

Jeremy Falk, CISA, CDPSE, MBA has extensive experience in IT security, risk management, and compliance. Jeremy is currently the Head of IT Security and Risk Management at Birdsong Hearing Benefits and Demant. Prior to this, Jeremy worked at Cigna as the Director of Data Security and as a Senior Manager of IT Compliance. Jeremy also held roles at Express Scripts, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Regis Corporation, Bremer Bank, and Best Buy. With a background in IT audit and technical operations, Jeremy brings a diverse skill set to their work in ensuring information security and compliance.

Jeremy Falk, CISA, CDPSE, MBA holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in IT Management from Concordia University-St. Paul. Jeremy also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the same institution. In addition, they hold the certifications of Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) from ISACA.
