Their work experience spans over three decades, starting from their time in the Air Force in 1988.
Phillip Brannan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Troy University in 1997.
