Allison Whitlock Pratt

Allison Whitlock Pratt has over 10 years of experience in the retail industry. Allison began their career in 2010 as an SEO Intern at TwentySix2 Marketing. In 2011, they worked as a Brand Management Intern at Newell Rubbermaid. From 2012 to 2017, they held various roles at Macy's, including Omni Planner - Junior's RTW, Omni Associate Merchandise Planner - Juniors RTW, Associate Planner - Contemporary Dresses, Assistant Merchandise Planner, and Assistant Merchandise Planner. In 2017, they became a Merchandise Planner at Shopbop | East Dane. In 2019, they moved to Away as a Planner. In 2020, they joined Birdy Grey as a Merchandising and Planning Manager, and was later promoted to Senior Merchandising and Planning Manager and then Director of Merchandising and Planning.
