Makis Latif

Makis Latif is an experienced professional in customer service and account management with a strong background in the sports industry. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager for UK and IE at BIRKENSTOCK since December 2023, Makis previously held key positions at adidas from September 2017 to September 2023, including Corporate Account Manager, overseeing strategic partnerships with major accounts such as Manchester United and Juventus, and as Customer Service Manager EMEA, managing a team of 10 representatives.
