Michael Hoessl

Michael Hoessl, SPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over 30 years of experience in various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Birkenstock Americas since October 2017, Hoessl manages HR functions for a major global footwear and apparel brand with substantial revenue. Prior to this role, significant experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources for Round Table Pizza, where leadership was provided for a west coast restaurant chain with numerous locations and a large workforce. Hoessl also directed HR activities at Siemens Corporate Headquarters for the US and Americas, contributing to a Fortune 100 company's success, and managed HR support for international operations at The Exchange. Educational background includes an MBA from Texas A&M University and advanced executive training through the Siemens Graduate Program at Harvard Business School and Duke University.
