Parthasarathee Behura

Parthasarathee Behura is an accomplished 3D Footwear Designer currently employed at BIRKENSTOCK since December 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a 3D Designer in Product Innovation at Simplex Design Group and a Senior Footwear Designer at Apparel Group, where responsibilities encompassed creating footwear collections based on market trends, conducting competitor analyses, and developing product briefs. With a solid foundation in product design and development as a Senior Footwear Designer at Landmark Group and experience designing sports and casual shoes at Amigo Sport Private Ltd., Parthasarathee also contributed to children’s, men’s, and women’s footwear at Language Shoes. Initial design experience includes a position at Tata International Limited, highlighted by the development of a women's boot collection for Garda Fair 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Industrial Design, Engineering & Innovation from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's in Footwear & Accessory Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi.
