Rachael (Honig) Schnell currently serves as the Director of Partner Marketing at BIRKENSTOCK, a position held since August 2022, and previously functioned as the Interim Partner Marketing Director. Prior experience includes a Brand Marketing Consultant role at Billiard Factory from January 2020 to February 2022, where independent projects encompassed branding, retail optimization, and e-commerce performance. Rachael spent nearly eight years at Foot Locker, Inc., culminating in the role of Director of Global Strategic Integration, having also served as Senior Director of Brand Marketing and Director of Brand Marketing, managing brand strategies for Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker. Rachael's marketing journey began with roles at Genesco Sports Enterprises, lululemon athletica, and in corporate partnerships with the Boston Lobsters, leading to a foundational volunteer experience with USTA Serves. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Sports Marketing and Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from The George Washington University, complemented by earlier studies at American University.
