Mohit Yadav has over 18 years of experience in customer relationship management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior General Manager and Head of CRM for NCR at Birla Estates since March 2020, Mohit previously held the position of Deputy General Manager at Tata Housing Development Company Limited, overseeing CRM and post-sales operations from February 2018 to March 2020.
