Neetu Kushwah

Neetu Kushwah is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and team management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Birla Fertility & IVF since December 2021, Neetu previously held the position of Deputy Manager of HR at Medanta - The Medicity Hospital from July 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and HR project management. Prior roles include Regional HR Manager at DaVita Kidney Care, focusing on managing HR activities across ten centers in North India, and Associate Consultant at CareerNet Technologies, specializing in volume hiring for BPOs and ITES. Neetu began the HR career as an intern at The Chancery Pavilion and holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Bharathiar University.
