Raju Bhatt

Raju Bhatt has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. Currently, they are the Global Delivery Director at Birlasoft, where they manage the delivery of major PLM key accounts. Prior to this, Raju worked as an Agile Coach at Maruti Techlabs. Raju also served as the General Manager of IT at Elecon Group of Companies, overseeing the IT needs of all the sub-companies. Before that, Raju was a self-employed Independent Consultant. Raju held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Prompt Softech, where they were responsible for overseas business growth and organization operations. Raju also worked as a General Manager at Atos India, where they successfully managed the renewal of a multi-million Euro contract and started an ODC for a Germany-based automotive giant. Raju was also the Head of Customer Delivery Center at HP Enterprise Services and the Vice President and Head of Hitech and PLM at MphasiS. Earlier in their career, Raju worked as a Division Head at eInfochips and as a Managing Consultant at IBM Global Services. Overall, Raju Bhatt has a diverse range of experience in senior leadership positions in various industries and has demonstrated success in managing projects and driving business growth.

Raju Bhatt holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Organic Chemistry from Gujarat University, which they obtained from 1983 to 1985. Raju also has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from Bhavan's RA College of Science, completed from 1980 to 1983. In addition to their academic education, Raju Bhatt has obtained certifications such as Agile Coaching from ICAgile in 2021, Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018, and SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018. Raju also holds certifications from IBM, including Certified Trainer for Project Management and IBM Certified Sr Project Manager, as well as certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI) such as PMI ACP and Project Management Professional.
