Sam Farace

Sam Farace has over 20 years of experience in various consulting and industry specialist roles. Sam started their career at Sirius Computer Solutions as a Manufacturing Consultant from 1999 to 2001. Sam then worked at CD Group as a Manufacturing Consultant from 2002 to 2003. Following that, they joined Strategic Balance as a Consultant from 2003 to 2005.

In 2005, Farace joined AMX International as an Industry Specialist and worked there until 2012. During this time, they gained expertise in the distribution and supply chain industry. From 2011 to 2012, they also worked as a Consultant for various companies, including Victoria Shipyards, Parex USA, Clif Bar, and Montana Rail Link. Sam focused on inventory management and purchasing process redesign, incorporating bar code and RFID technology.

In 2012, Farace joined BE Aerospace as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant and worked there until 2014. Sam then joined Illumina as a Distribution Consultant from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined KPIT as a Solution Architect and worked there until 2018.

Currently, Farace is working at Birlasoft as a Director and Principal Architect, starting in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Their roles at Birlasoft are ongoing and reflect their expertise in architecture and leadership.

Sam Farace has an MBA in Global/Strategic Management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, completed from 1993 to 1995. Sam also holds a BS in Management from St. Bonaventure University, earned from 1983 to 1987. Prior to that, they attended Driscoll Catholic High School from 1979 to 1983, studying Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification in "Build Knowledge Models and Views" from Celonis in 2022.
