Simon Dunn Cmiosh Fcmi

Simon Dunn CMIOSH FCMI serves as the Head of Health and Safety at Birmingham City University since February 2017. Simon is also a CMIOSH PRI Panel Member and Chair for IOSH since May 2016, as well as a NEBOSH Diploma Examiner since January 2010. Prior experience includes working as a Safety, Health and Environmental Business Partner at British Airways, and as a Lead Auditor for Cancer Research UK, where responsibilities included auditing health, safety, and financial practices. Simon held the role of Lead Health and Safety Consultant at Bushell Investment Group and was a Health and Safety Consultant and Training Manager at Phoenix Health and Safety. Previous positions also include Health and Safety Manager and Advisor at the UK Ministry of Defence. Educational qualifications include a NEBOSH National Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health and a Higher National Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering.
