Jil Allen, MSHRM, PHR, PHR-Ca, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jil is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Birmingham Fastener, Inc. since April 2018. Before that, they worked as a Subject Matter Expert at HR Certification Institute - HRCI from January 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, Jil worked as a Human Resources Manager at Schnellecke Logistics from December 2016 to April 2018. Jil also served as an HR Generalist at Brose from February 2013 to November 2016 and as an HR/Administrative Manager at Quality Vehicle Processing from July 2010 to February 2013. Their career started with a role as a Member Brands Customer Service at AFFLINK from, where they worked from 2008 to July 2010.
