Thomas Valentine

Thomas Valentine is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of People at Birmingham Hippodrome since October 2023. With a robust background in HR leadership, Thomas has held roles as Head of People, Culture & Talent at Bryant Dental and Totem, and has provided consultancy as a Human Resources Consultant since December 2021. Prior positions include leading HR initiatives at The New Foscote Hospital and the Private School Collective, and various roles in management and HR support at companies such as Ambassador Theatre Group and Clifton Hotels. Educationally, Thomas is pursuing a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management and holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Management from the University of Bristol and a PGCE from the University of Warwick.
