Emma Scott has over 20 years of experience in retail operations, currently serving as Retail Operations Manager and Central Buyer at Birmingham Museums Trust since June 2016. Prior roles at Birmingham Museums Trust include Retail Co-ordinator and Retail Assistant from September 2001 to November 2013.
