Amy Bridges

Amy Bridges is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in data engineering and software development. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Shipt since December 2020, Amy has successfully constructed Python data pipelines and maintained reporting streams via AWS and GCP. Previously, Amy held roles at Birmingham-Southern College as a Senior Data Engineer and also served as an adjunct instructor at KEYSYS. With a strong foundation in software engineering from positions at BBVA Compass, Command Alkon Incorporated, and Motricity, Inc., Amy has consistently demonstrated expertise in designing systems, enhancing user experiences, and developing robust applications. Amy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
