Mike Wells

Mike Wells is an experienced professional in the gaming and education sectors, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Humber College since July 2025. Previously, Mike worked at Big Viking Games from July 2021 to September 2022, where roles included Lead Producer, Senior Producer, and Producer, contributing to the development of live service games and enhancing revenue through strategic project management. At UP360, from April 2019 to July 2021, Mike held positions such as Director of Production and Lead Developer, successfully directing teams in the delivery of virtual reality projects and improving the company's proprietary code base. Earlier experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance Tester at Axon Interactive and a VR Programmer at Humber College. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Honours in Marine and Freshwater Biology and a Master of Science in Integrative Biology, both from the University of Guelph.
