Trent Gilbert

VP of Enrollment Management at Birmingham Southern College

Trent Gilbert is currently the Vice President of Enrollment Management at Birmingham Southern College. Prior to this, they were the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Communications at Monmouth College from June 2015 to June 2019. In this role, they provided leadership to admission, financial aid, and college communication aspects of the college. Before that, Trent was the Principal Cofounder of Render Experiences from October 2013 to October 2019. At Render Experiences, they aided in all aspects of the creation of the company, including legal counsel, financial set-up, website and brand design, and ensuring transition of services to clients. Trent also handled all business operations for Render Experiences, including monthly payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, budgeting. Subsequently, they led Render through acquisition by RNL. Prior to their work at Render Experiences, Trent was the Vice President of Enrollment and Administration at Richmont Graduate University from November 2012 to May 2015. Trent also worked as a Facilitator at CAMPUSPEAK from February 2009 to April 2013.

Trent Gilbert received their BA in Political Science and Business Admin from Elon University. Trent then went on to receive their Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University.

They are on a team with David Eberhardt - VP of Student Development, Anthony Hambey - VP of Information Technology, and Kyndall Waters - Athletic Director. Trent Gilbert reports to Daniel Coleman, President.
