Raveena Bains

Raveena Bains currently serves as the Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Birmingham Hospice since June 2022, after holding the position of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Business Partner at Orbit Group from October 2018 to April 2022. Raveena's expertise includes roles such as People Development Consultant at Orbit Group and Training and Resourcing Officer at NSL, where responsibilities encompassed designing and delivering accredited training, managing training events, and contributing to the development of Learning and Development strategies. Raveena began a career in academia as a Business Lecturer at the London School of Business & Finance in 2013, focusing on course delivery and student assessment. Raveena holds a 2.1 degree in Human Resource Management from Coventry University, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
