Michele Cason

Michele Cason is a seasoned professional in the brewing and manufacturing industries, currently serving as Manufacturing Director and Plant Manager at Birra Peroni since April 2014. With a robust background in leadership roles, Michele held positions as Consigliere at Federalimentare from December 2018 to December 2022 and as Presidente at AssoBirra between July 2017 and June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as European Malting Lead at SABMiller from July 2012 to May 2015 and Direttore di Stabilimento at SAPLO Gruppo SABMiller from January 2011 to March 2014. Academically, Michele holds a Master of Science in Brewing Science from the University of Nottingham and a university degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Università degli Studi di Padova, complemented by executive education from Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
