Dr. Selcuk Ozcelik

Dr. Selcuk Ozcelik is currently the Director of the Sustainability and Data Valuation Office at Biruni Üniversitesi, where roles have included Web Designer, IT Manager, and Lecturer since December 2014. Prior experience includes working as an IT Technician at Haliç University from September 2007 to December 2013. Dr. Ozcelik's educational background features a Doctorate in Health Management from Biruni Üniversitesi, as well as multiple master's degrees in Health Management and Management Information Systems from Biruni University and Haliç University. Additional academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree from Anadolu University and an Associate's degree from Marmara University, along with vocational training from Erzincan Anadolu Teknik Lisesi.
