Dr. Rebekka Skubinn

Dr. Rebekka Skubinn currently serves as the Head of Global HR at Bischof + Klein since January 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Strategic Global HR-Development Manager and Leiterin Personalentwicklung Europa/MEA at Big Dutchman International GmbH from October 2016 to December 2021. Dr. Skubinn has academic experience as a Lecturer & Senior Research Fellow at Leibniz Universität Hannover from 2013 to September 2016 and as a Post-Doc at Universität St.Gallen from October 2006 to January 2013. Early career experiences include roles at FIR an der RWTH Aachen and Unilever. Dr. Skubinn holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of St.Gallen and has further education in coaching, visiting scholar experience at the University of Virginia, and a Master of Science from Maastricht University.
