Zeeshan Hasan

Zeeshan Hasan is currently the Head of Global HR Systems at Organon, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Zeeshan served as Head of P&C Operations for APAC & EMEA and Head of HR Operations for APAC at SoftwareOne from September 2023 to August 2025. Zeeshan's experience also includes a tenure at Freshworks as Senior Manager of HR Operations & HRIS, and as Associate Director of HRIS at Gartner. Previous roles include Senior Manager and HRIS Manager at Encore Capital Group, and Operations Manager and Business Analyst at AON Hewitt, where valuable skills in process improvement, resource planning, and workforce administration were developed. Zeeshan began the professional career as a Frontline CCE at Vodafone. Zeeshan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
