Christian Barrois

Christian Barrois has over 25 years of experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Directeur des Ressources Humaines at Biscuits Bouvard since 2004, overseeing a multi-site operation with 1,500 employees across 13 production sites in France, Italy, and Belgium. Prior to this role, Christian held positions such as Directeur des Ressources Humaines at TREFILEUROPE (ISPAT) Arcelor Mittal, where responsibilities included managing HR for eight sites and implementing training programs and site reorganizations. Early career experiences included HR leadership at LU Cestas and Champagnac DANONE, where Christian engaged in organizational change and workforce qualifications, as well as at BSN DANONE, contributing to large-scale industrial projects. Christian's education includes a Mastère in strategic human resource management from HEC, a certificate in work psychology from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and a Maitrise in social law from the Université de Lyon Institut du droit du travail.
