Russel Kaseka is a seasoned mining engineer currently serving as the Chief Underground Mining Engineer at Bisha Mining Share Company since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Underground team in the Asheli underground operation while ensuring compliance with budget and best industry practices. Russel Kaseka holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Zambia and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance from The Copperbelt University, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand.
