Certified Nursing Assistant at Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community

Jessann Gentile is a dedicated student with extensive volunteer and work experience in healthcare. Currently serving as a Student Volunteer at Open Door Clinic Alamance since January 2023, Jessann focuses on providing free healthcare services to underserved populations. In addition, Jessann works as a Nurse Technician at Cone Health's Oncology unit since September 2022, performing various patient care tasks under the supervision of registered nurses. Previous roles include Certified Nursing Assistant positions at both Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community and Wellmore of Daniel Island, contributing to the daily care of residents. Jessann also held leadership positions in academic organizations, such as President of the Biology Club and Academic Achievement Director for Alpha Xi Delta, where effective strategies for academic success were implemented. Jessann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Biology and Business Administration from Elon University, complemented by education at The International Center and Charleston School of the Arts.
