Matt Franz has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Matt began their career as a Pre-Loader at UPS in 2012, then moved to Normal Parks & Recreation as a Before/After School Counselor in 2013. That same year, they were also an Operations Analyst/Technical Writer at Newcourse Communications, Inc. and an Operations Manager at UPS. In 2014, they transitioned to HomeFinder.com as a Data Analyst, then to AIM Specialty Health in 2016 as a Business Analyst. In 2018, they co-founded Funnelcake Marketing, and in 2019 they became both a Marketing Manager and Sales Manager at Word On Fire Catholic Ministries.
Matt Franz attended Illinois State University from 2007-2013. Matt received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from the same school.
