Bishop Adhikari's work experience includes founding BISJHINTU'S (Let's Succeed Together) in 2021, where they focus on revolutionizing education through technology. Bishop aims to bridge gaps in traditional education and make learning more inclusive and accessible. In 2022, Bishop became the Chief Experience Officer at Ricombio Pharmalife, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving global healthcare. Bishop is responsible for research, development, and quality, with a mission to address unmet medical needs. In the same year, Bishop also took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Ricabi Life Sciences, where they prioritize patient safety and efficacy and ensures adherence to regulatory standards throughout the product lifecycle.
