Karin Alexandra Tiapa Arias

Karin Alexandra Tiapa Arias has been working in the IT industry since 2002. Karin Alexandra began their career at Augesa Servicios as an Analista Programador Junior, where they were responsible for the planning and development of an application for Preventa, Picking and loading/unloading of PDA. In 2005, they joined Rawson Consulting as an Analista Programador Junior, where they were responsible for the migration of the Kenan Configuration Catalog application from Visual Basic 6.0 to .NET 2003 with an Oracle 9 database. Later that year, they joined Capgemini as an Analista Programador Senior in the Banco Popular office of Software Quality, where they were responsible for software quality in distributed environments, performing management tasks between different IT departments, verifying documents, static code analysis (SONAR and FxCop) and test management. In 2010, they joined ExisTI as an Analista Funcional in Banco Popular, and in 2011 they joined Ozona Consulting as an Analista Funcional, where they were responsible for technical projects with AppDNA of Citrix, and the development of internal processes with Bizagi. In 2014, they joined Only-apartments as a Developer Senior, developing applications with VStudio 2013, MSMQ, web services (WCF), WebClient (XML and JSON) NHibernate and Sql Server 2012, as well as creating and managing SSIS and code control with GIT - BitBucket and Jira for task management and planning. In 2015, they became a BA Consultant Freelance in Seat at ESBRINA. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Inycom. Servicios y soluciones TIC as a Developer Senior in the Junta Constructora Sagrada Familia client, and currently works at Bismart as a Business Intelligence Consultant.

Karin Alexandra Tiapa Arias obtained their Ingeniero en Computacion from Universidad Simón Bolívar between 1996 and 2002. In 2015, they began studying Fundamentos de Inteligencia de Negocio y Big Data at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and is currently enrolled. In 2019, they completed an Especialización en Fundamentos de Inteligencia de negocio y Big Data from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in the field of Procesamiento de datos y tecnología de procesamiento de datos. In 2022, they plan to complete a Data Science degree from ICF ÍNDICE CONSULTORIA Y FORMACION in the field of Ingeniería informática.
