Neil Birnie

Neil Birnie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Neil is currently employed as a Strategic Account Manager at BiSN since June 2023. Prior to this, Neil worked at Ham Huck Syndicate as a Co-Cheese since August 2016. Neil also has experience as a Key Account & Business Development Manager at Gates Corporation from June 2022 to June 2023.

Neil has also held positions at ICR, where they worked as a Business Development Manager from May 2021 to June 2022, and as a Key Account Manager from June 2019 to May 2021. At ACE Winches, they served as a Sales Manager from October 2018 to June 2019. Before this, Neil worked as a Project Account Manager at Power Jacks Ltd from May 2014 to October 2018.

Prior to their roles in the corporate world, Neil had founded and managed their own company, NB Renewables Ltd, as the Owner/Managing Director. Neil Birnie attended Ellon Academy from 1990 to 1995, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. From 1995 to 1998, they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at North East Scotland College, earning an HNC degree. Additionally, from 1995 to 1999, Neil completed an HVAC & Refrigeration Apprenticeship at Sparks Mechanical Services, although the field of study is not specified.
