Dayana Pedraita has extensive experience in the IT and business sectors, having worked at Bison since July 2001 in various leadership roles including Leiterin Geschäftsbereich and Teamleiterin, following earlier positions such as Application Developer at Agro Data AG and EDV-Sachbearbeiterin at Data Center Luzern AG. Dayana's career began with a kaufmännische Lehre at PanGas AG. In addition to practical experience, Dayana Pedraita has pursued extensive education, earning multiple certificates and a Master of Advanced Studies in Leadership & Management from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts between 2014 and 2021, complemented by studies in IT Management, Mediation, and Leadership.
