Dan Kearney

Dan Kearney is a legal and business development professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Director of Legal and Special Projects at Bison Oil & Gas and also working in a legal capacity for Bison Oil & Gas IV, LLC, Dan focuses on strategic planning, long-term development, and transactional work. Prior to these roles, Dan contributed as a Senior Analyst in Business Development at Noble Energy, identifying growth projects and new business opportunities. Dan's background includes serving as Strategic Operations Manager at Noble Energy, overseeing resource management, and as an Acquisition and Divestiture Consultant at DSK Transactional Services. Early career experience includes working as a Landman at Delta Petroleum Corp., where Dan assisted with transaction documentation and asset management. Dan holds a Juris Doctor and a Master's in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Colorado University.
