Chad Morton

Chad Morton is an experienced Learning and Development Specialist currently employed at Bison Transport Inc. since May 2022, after serving as a Senior Consultant for Learning & Development at People First HR Services for a brief period. Chad previously held the position of Supervisor in Learning & Development at Bison Transport Inc. from March 2017 to January 2022, where responsibility included leading a team of six professionals to train and coach 1,200 employees nationwide. With a solid background in training and development, Chad served as Manager of Training & Development at CAA Manitoba from 1998 to 2017, overseeing a team dedicated to training 300 members across multiple locations. Chad holds a Project Management Certificate from RRC Polytech and a Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Manitoba, further enhancing expertise in the field.
