Ibeun Ayodeji

Ibeun Ayodeji has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2006 at Diamond Bank Plc, they worked as a Business Analyst and later as a Branch Manager in Retail Banking. In these positions, they were responsible for documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, and implementing functional and technical solutions. They also played a key role in improving profitability and making financial and marketing decisions.

In 2019, Ayodeji joined FirstBank Nigeria as a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Commercial Banking. Here, they facilitated agile scrum ceremonies, documented functional design specifications, and provided technical guidance and support during change efforts.

Most recently, Ayodeji joined Bison Transport Inc. in 2022 as a Business Analyst Team Lead, Continuous Improvement. In this role, they supervise and lead a team of Business Analysts, develop and implement continuous improvement strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend targeted solutions. Overall, Ayodeji has demonstrated expertise in process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency across various industries and departments.

Ibeun Ayodeji's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ekiti State University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. In 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance & Investment at Ahmadu Bello University. Recently, in 2021 to 2022, they attended the University of Manitoba, where they obtained a Certificate in Applied Business Analysis within the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, Ayodeji obtained the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification from the IIBA in January 2022.
